How has the Walkerton tragedy changed how we farm in Ontario? This was the hot topic of debate at the recent joint annual meeting of the Ontario Farm Animal Council (OFAC) and AGCare (Agricultural Groups Concerned about Resources and the Environment).  Farmers, government and agri-business representatives listened to speakers discuss the future of issues such as nutrient management, legal implications and the increasing involvement of the Ministry of the Environment in agriculture.
